C71 Speedline:

C71 Speedline is a high quality, single pack, synthetic alkyd topcoat enamel. Combined with BDX Synthetic Primer it provides a system that protects and enhances for a number of substrates and areas.

• Good resistance to chemicals, oils and fats
• Application via brush, roller or spray
• Available as an Aerosol for easy touch up
• Available in a wide range of colours including BS & RAL
• Coverage 8 square metres per litre @ 50 microns dft
• Touch dry: 2 hours @ 20°C
• Hard dry: 4 hours @ 20°C
• Full dry: 12 hours @ 20°C

• Most previously coated metals
• Previously painted or primed timber

BDX Synthetic Primer:

BDX Synthetic Primer is a high build anti corrosive, single pack alkyd primer for use under all HMG Synthetic topcoats.

BDX Synthetic Primer provides an exceptional base layer that enhances adhesion and shields against corrosion, ensuring your venue surfaces remain durable and visually appealing.

• High build
• Excellent sand ability after short drying period
• Application via brush or spray
• Suitable for use under HMG C71 Speedline
• Available in White, Lt Grey, Dk Grey and Red Oxide
• Coverage: 16.6m² per litre at 55 microns DFT
• Touch dry: 4 hours mins at 20⁰C
• Thinner: HMG 2611, 2612

Ferrozinc Rust Converter:

Ferrozinc is a high-performance water-based rust converter making it ideal for application to areas unsuitable or difficult to shot blast or where complete removal of rust is not possible.

Ferrozinc is simple and easy to use. Simply wire brush, scrape or mechanically remove loose surface rust, apply single coat of Ferrozinc. A dramatic colour change from white to navy/black will show that the rust has been effectively neutralised.

Designed to neutralize existing rust and create a lasting, protective layer, perfect for high-traffic areas like seating frames, railings, and any structural supports that may become rusted through weather damage.
